The Preferences Score.
While you build a plan for a selected client, a live score rates how well it fits that individual and highlights the exact rows that need a second look — so a clash is caught at the build stage, not after they’ve tried to train it.
- Exercise preferences — bonus for favourites, penalty for dislikes, heavy penalty for pain or can't-do movements.
- Injuries — penalty for any row that clashes with an active injury.
- Goal fit — bonus or penalty for how well the plan's emphasis matches the client's active goals.
- Recovery fit — penalty if the plan loads the clients well under or over their recovery ceiling.
The result shows as a score chip in the Builder with a breakdown naming each flag and highlighting the offending rows. Better-fitting programmes, fewer revisions, and a clear defensible reason for every choice.

Build your roster
